Which function needs to be occupied?

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient working environment and contributing to the success of the organisation. As well as advising the CEO, CTO and the wider management team, you will be committed to growing the organisation through operational excellence and people development.

What does this mean in practice?

  • You will help translate the organisation's strategy and build the bridge between the OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and daily operations
  • You will take the lead in activating various HR initiatives at business level
  • Provide proactive advice and support to managers and team leads on inspirational leadership and coaching
  • Identify and anticipate people needs and challenges within the organisation
  • Implementing effective HR programmes to increase performance and engagement of colleagues
  • Ensure structured talent recruitment and development of talent with a view to retention
  • Analyse HR metrics and make strategic recommendations and improvements based on these metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator in conflict or challenging situations
  • You will keep abreast of various legislation and ensure that the organisation remains compliant at all times

What are the expectations for employment?

  • You have proven experience (minimum 3 years) in similar role
  • You have in-depth knowledge of operational processes and all kinds of HR practices
  • You are used to working in a fast-changing environment and adapting to new opportunities and challenges
  • You have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
  • You are a true team player. You always able to build cooperation and inspire others to achieve their goals
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
